• A request is not a booking. A visit is confirmed only when we email you a confirmation.
• The price shown before you submit, including any premium, is what applies to the confirmed start time. If the work turns out to be larger than described, we discuss it with you before doing any extra work.
• There are no cancellation fees.
• We record payment manually. We never store card or bank details on this website.
